We offer a range of services including quoting, new product development with design for manufacturability assistance, on-site support, and Lean Manufacturing services like JIT, Kanban, Product to Order, EDI, Bar Coding, as well as CAD/CAM using Esprit, SolidWorks, and ProE. Our ERP Software functionality is powered by JobBOSS Software. Additionally, we have in-house fixture design capabilities.

We are a global leader in machining, prototyping, and specialty manufacturing, working with a variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastics. Our value proposition lies in precision machining of customer-designed components, supported by a qualified supplier base for coatings and heat treatment when necessary.

Internally, our services encompass sawing, turning, milling, drilling, and tapping using both manual and CNC machine tools for purchased castings, forgings, and raw bar stock. We also offer sub-assembly services as needed for component-part processing.
